45 Minute Salt Cave Session
Each session is 45 minutes of halotherapy in a relaxing, salt filled room. The session takes place in an anti-gravity chair to improve relaxation.
A visit to the cave consists of a 45-minute session, relaxing in a comfortable gravity free chair. The cave temperature will be 70degrees to help sustain the Himalayan salt which resides on the floor and on the walls. Do not worry you will not be cold! You can wear clothing that is comfortable to you and we provide comfy, warm blankets. Shoes however are not worn in the cave but socks are perfect and we will also supply booties for your feet if you would like. For 45 minutes you can sit back and relax allowing the salt around you to comfort you and bring balance to the body and mind. The halogenerator will also pump medical grade sodium chloride through the air helping to cleanse the respiratory system. You might meditate, sit quietly, or even fall asleep. The benefits of resting without electronics can help to calm the nervous system and the mind! After the session you may feel very relaxed and renewed. Be sure to drink water after to help flush out any toxins!
