Or try one of their Cast Iron specialties, like Red Eye Pulled Pork Hash, their Dirty South Biscuit, or Shrimp and Grits (with shrimp, smoked sausage, bacon, onion, mushrooms, and a tomato cream sauce with grits and red eye gravy).
