Phobia Haunted Trail is not recommended for small children. All  Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. No refunds unless the event is cancelled. DO NOT TOUCH THE ACTORS, you will be removed immediately with no refund. There is no smoking at the event. No Costumes. No backpacks or large bags. NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND! No food or drink will be allowed in the attraction. Food and drink is available.

 

Phobia Haunted Trail is a haunted house attraction located at 2859 Maco Rd NE Leland NC 28451.  Phobia Haunted Trail is now in its 5th season and it only gets better and scarier. It takes about 30 minutes to survive. Phobia Haunted Trail is a Fall seasonal weekend attraction, open Friday Saturday and Sunday from 8PM to Midnight from 9/30 – 11/5. This is a live actor event. You will experience scenes that some people find frightening and disturbing. 

 
The Institute 2022

The Dr. is back to doing what he loves, pushing the brain to the brink using neuroimaging techniques. You are the test subjects. The Institute has been built right into the landscape of the North Carolina backwoods. By day it looks like a semi-normal walking trail, by night the doctor introduces you to your worst phobias to see how far he can push your mind.

The new institute is tucked away on a dirt road with only one way in. The subjects who show the most reaction to their phobias will stay longer for the doctor to do more extreme testing. The rest will be chopped up and fed to the beasts of the woods to get a taste of human. Are you ready to Face your Fears?
 
Phobia Haunted Trail is a completely outdoor attraction in the woods. It is recommended that you wear appropriate shoes for a walk through the woods. Live actors will approach you, they will not touch you on purpose, Do Not Touch the actors!
 

Proceed with caution or you just may end up part of the attractions!  STAY ON THE PATH!
