After getting rave reviews about their homebrewed kombucha, Artie and Robin Hill launched Panacea Brewing Company in 2016 from the Burgaw Incubator Kitchen. They started selling at farmers markets from a custom built tap system on the side of their 1975 Volkswagen Westfalia, now called the Boochbus. Panacea Brewing Company continues to grow organically, taking bigger steps one batch of booch a time.
New restaurant now open at 4107 Oleander Drive in Anderson Square! Chef Dennis Meyers is offering a plant based menu with funky, fermented fruits and veggies, vegan meats and cheeses, all made from scratch. Enjoy our lounge area, full service restaurant, and outdoor seating with plenty of elbow room. Still offering the same large selection of house brewed kombuchas, and immunity boosters including Kombucha fire and elderberry syrup.
