This is not just about supporting our local beaches and beautiful outdoor areas, it’s also about creating a healthier home or place of business! Not a jogger or a runner?  GREAT you can do it!  Just download the race joy app in the morning and by just taking 6700 steps you will have done a 5K on your own time, at your own pace without stressing. NO EXCUSES- walk, run and smile. Those who earn a free Virtual race registration and/or qualify to participate in the KIA Soul Par-3 Contest will do so at Olde Point Golf and Country Club in Hampstead NC the following month.
