Recess will be a nostalgic memory for most - until now. We are bringing back your playtime.
Recess is a 45-minute, rhythm based, high intensity cycling workout with a weighted arm series that is focused on both physical and mental wellness, positivity, community, music, and fun.
Our bikes and instructors are the best of the best, devoted to the goal of allowing each and every rider to clip in, lose themselves to the music, turn up our resistance to elevate ourselves and each other, let go of inhibitions and to dance. We let ourselves feel deeply, and we remember what it felt like to just play.
Safety is our first priority which is why we are excited to be launching our outdoor fitness concept located under a large tent, in the front of Mayfair Shopping Center.
Classes are limited to 25 riders, each bike is spaced 6 feet apart from one another, sanitized with the most robust cleaning equipment before and after each class, and masks are required until you clip in on the bike.
All you need to do is show up. We have shoes that are sanitized before and after each class and water available for purchase if you forgot your own. If you chose to bring your own cycling shoes, our bikes are both Delta and SPD compatible.
