Foods For Thought Nutrition Counseling was founded by Callan Wall, a board certified Registered Dietitian (RD) who believes everyone is unique and deserves an individualized approach to health, without feeling deprived or stressed about food along the way. Callan empowers you to let go of the diet culture mentality and the false hope of the "miracle cures" included. We will work together towards establishing consistency with your nutrition and create balance in your habits. Self care is the foundation of our work together, which means making your health a priority through physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

 

Join Callan for an initial session, where she will take time learning about you as a person and about your health/nutrition goals and expectations. You will explore your overall medical history (e.g., mental and physical health), favorite foods, typical meals and snacks, cooking abilities, grocery shopping, exercise habits, and your thoughts and feelings about your current nutrition and lifestyle habits.

 

Your certificate can also be put towards follow up sessions where you will build upon previous sessions, taking small steps towards changing behaviors surrounding a healthier lifestyle.

My services are provided via telehealth through a HIPAA compliant video chat platform.
