Our Beginner 5k and 10k program is a 10 week training program structured to help new runners or individuals trying to get back into running reach the goal of completing a 5K or 10K race. Along the way we’ll provide participants with motivation to keep them moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs, and educational clinics on topics such as proper 
nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.

The Program meets twice a week: on Tuesday evenings (6:15pm) and Saturday mornings (7am). The workouts will last about an hour.  The cost of the program does not include the race registration fee.
This program starts Tuesday, September 6th.

INFORMATION MEETING: Tuesday August 30th at 6:45pm @ Fleet Feet
START DATE: Tuesday, September 6th at 6:15pm @ Fleet Feet
PRACTICE DAYS:  
   Every Tuesday at 6:15 pm meeting at various locations
   Every Saturday at 7:00 am at Fleet Feet
GOAL RACE (NOT INCLUDED):  Battleship Half 5K and 10K
